Pan-European investment and asset manager M7 Real Estate has purchased two newly constructed, high-quality logistics properties in Germany.

Düsseldorf logistics asset - M7 Real Estate
These two assets, totalling 30,800 m2, are fully leased to individual tenants. They are strategically situated in Düsseldorf and Kassel, both prominent logistics centres known for their excellent connectivity and consistent demand from occupiers.
This acquisition was made on behalf of the European Supply Chain Income Partnership (ESCIP), a joint venture fund supported by AustralianSuper and Oxford Properties. The move aligns with ESCIP's strategy to expand its portfolio within key European logistics markets.
Miles Chuter, director, Transactions at M7 Real Estate, commented: “With this transaction, we’ve further strengthened our ESCIP platform by deploying €37.5 mln into high-quality logistics assets across strong locations in Germany where demand for well-specified space continues to outstrip supply. We continue to search for opportunities to deploy capital into well‑located mid‑box and urban logistics assets across key last-mile European markets such as the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Spain, as we continue to scale the ESCIP platform.”
M7 was advised by DLA Piper, TA Europe and Nova Ambiente.
M7 manages approximately 415 assets comprising 3.3 million m2 of GLA, with a capital value of circa €5.6 bn.
