As it approaches its 25th anniversary, Madison International Realty is implementing a new management structure and promoting key executives to support long-term growth and succession planning.

Michael Seitz has been named head of US Investments, and Max Sauermann will serve as head of European Investments. Both will take on expanded responsibilities and join the newly formed Office of the President, which will be led by founder and president Ronald Dickerman, alongside the existing Executive Management Committee. This new office is designed to provide Seitz and Sauermann with broad exposure to all aspects of the business, preparing them for future executive leadership roles.

Kim Adamek, head of Portfolio and Asset Management, has been promoted to Madison's Executive Management Committee. This promotion recognises her eleven years of significant contributions and the crucial role of portfolio and asset management in the firm's investment strategy.

Seitz and Sauermann have been with Madison for almost eleven and five years, respectively. Both were previously part of Madison’s "Rising Leaders Committee," established in September 2024 to identify and develop future generational leaders.

The firm has also added five new members to this committee.

Madison has also introduced a co-chief CIO structure within the Office of the CIO. This aims to improve investment oversight across its global operations and strengthen its ability to source, evaluate, and execute unique, alpha-generating liquidity solutions. The members of this office include Mo Saraiya (managing director and head of Growth Platforms), Chris Muoio (managing director and head of Data and Research), along with Michael Seitz and Max Sauermann.

Additionally, Jacob Albano has rejoined Madison as a director on the US Investment team, bringing valuable investment experience back to the firm after a five-year tenure at LCOR.

The five new members of the Rising Leaders Committee are Ola Abdelrahman, Andrew Brown, Tony Coffey, Alan Kamhazi, and Scott Rettino.

Founder and president Ronald Dickerman commented: Key to our continued success will be ensuring we have nurtured and advanced the next generation of leaders to eventually take the reins of the business and be sure they are well equipped to manage the many challenges that will arise in our rapidly changing world. At the same time, we must continue to evolve and enhance how we operate as a business.”
