Małgorzata Czaplicka new president of GTC’s Management Board

CEE real estate developer and investor GTC has named Małgorzata Czaplicka as the new president of its Management Board.

Czaplicka brings 15 years of experience at GTC, primarily in investor relations and capital markets.
She most recently served as director of Investor Relations and Chief Financial Markets officer, where she oversaw key financing activities, ESG initiatives, and stock exchange listings. 
Czaplicka was instrumental in securing financing for GTC's investments, including capital raising and managing debt listings on multiple stock exchanges. She also oversaw ESG programs, led the Green Bond Committee, and acted as Company Secretary.
Her background also includes financial roles in the Polish media and telecommunications sectors, and she holds a degree in Finance and Banking.
Małgorzata Czaplicka succeeds Gyula Nagy, who held the position of president of the Management Board since August 2023.
The remaining board members are CSO Zsolt Farkas and CFO Balázs Gosztonyi.
The current portfolio of GTC Group includes 727,000 m2 of leasable office and retail space across several major cities, plus nearly 5,200 residential units in Germany. GTC also has over 65,000 m2 of commercial space under development and additional land for future projects.
