Małgorzata Fibakiewicz new CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland

Małgorzata Fibakiewicz has been appointed as the new CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate Poland.

With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Fibakiewicz is recognised for her strong leadership, market expertise, and successful execution of complex real estate projects.

Her background spans various aspects of the industry, including office agency, transaction advisory, business intelligence, and strategic consulting, allowing her to lead diverse teams and understand both client and market needs comprehensively.

Fibakiewicz is known for her collaborative leadership, client-centric approach, and ability to navigate challenging business landscapes, all of which have contributed to the company's market standing and growth.

She takes over from Erik Drukker, who served for 13 years, including seven years leading the Polish business.

Before joining BNP Paribas Real Estate, Fibakiewicz spent over ten years in corporate real estate and banking, holding senior positions at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), CBRE, and Kredyt Bank. Her experience includes managing real estate portfolios, negotiating leases, overseeing workplace transformations, and leading expansion initiatives for major financial institutions.
