MAPP has been appointed by Alinor Capital Management and Sterling Property Ventures to manage The Bond, the 148,000 sq ft mixed‑use development at 57 Queen Street in Glasgow’s Central Business District.

The Bond, Glasgow
The mandate covers a comprehensive suite of services for the recently refurbished Grade A building, including mobilisation, occupier engagement and placemaking, property and facilities management, and sustainability services. The integrated approach is designed to support seamless operations and enhance occupier experience while maximising asset performance.
Originally constructed between 1899 and 1903 as the Hunter Barr Building, The Bond has undergone a major refurbishment that blends restored historic features with contemporary workspace design. The scheme includes a full‑height glazed atrium, a dedicated tenant lounge, an on‑site café and flexible breakout areas aimed at fostering collaboration and community.
Located in the heart of Glasgow’s prime business district, the building offers occupiers strong connectivity and immediate access to the city’s restaurants, cafés, cultural venues and leisure amenities. Glasgow city centre is home to a mix of blue‑chip occupiers including Virgin, Barclays, J.P. Morgan, KPMG and ScottishPower.
Louise Bonham, Chief Executive Officer of MAPP, said: “We are delighted to have been selected to manage The Bond, a truly outstanding addition to Glasgow’s commercial property landscape. From day one, we will work closely with occupiers to build a vibrant community within the building, leveraging the exceptional amenity spaces and creating a destination workplace that attracts and retains the best talent.”
The Bond will be managed by MAPP’s Scottish team, which oversees several flagship Glasgow assets including 110 Queen Street and 95 Bothwell Street. The team brings extensive local market knowledge and operational expertise across the city’s premier office locations.
