Wilson joins following a distinguished career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he held several senior leadership roles including chief executive, EMEA, and previously head of UK & Ireland. Over his career, he has advised leading investors and developers on acquisitions, disposals and asset strategies, building deep insight into the dynamics shaping the Central London market.
In his new role, Wilson will work closely with MAPP’s London team to identify opportunities, provide strategic market insight and support the continued evolution of the firm’s client offering. His appointment reflects MAPP’s ambition to further strengthen its presence in London, where demand for high‑quality operational management continues to grow.
Wilson has also held prominent industry roles, including serving on LandAid’s Grants and Impact Committee and now as a member of its Patrons group. He is also part of the Patrons group for real estate balance.
Commenting on his appointment, Wilson said: “I have long respected MAPP’s business and the way it approaches its clients, people and the places it operates. The business has a strong ambition to develop further, including in London, and it’s an exciting time to be joining. I’m looking forward to contributing to the next stage of MAPP’s growth and working with such a well‑respected team.”
Louise Bonham, chief executive officer of MAPP, added: “Bringing Colin on board represents an exciting development for MAPP and our clients. His expertise and relationships across the market are unparalleled, and his arrival further exemplifies our commitment to building a best‑in‑class team throughout our business.”
