Caerus Debt Investments has appointed Markus Kreuter to its Management Board as the new COO, effective 1 February 2026.

Markus Kreuter
Kreuter brings over 35 years of experience in financing, with approximately 30 years dedicated to commercial real estate financing. Before joining Caerus, he spent more than four years managing Zinsbaustein, a digital investment platform in Berlin.
His extensive career also includes various management roles in credit risk management, customer service at banks, financing and accounting for project developers, and transaction consulting. He has held positions at Deutsche Bank, DekaBank, Vivico Real Estate (now CA Immo Deutschland), Jones Lang LaSalle SE, and The Flag Group.
Beyond his corporate roles, he is an active speaker and moderator at industry events and lectures at universities like IREBS and EBS. He is also a member of gif Gesellschaft für immobilienwirtschaftliche Forschung and immoebs.
