Central London property developer Helical has appointed Martina Malone as an independent non-executive director, effective September 1.

Malone previously served as the global head of Capital Raising at Prologis, a prominent global logistics real estate company.
She brings over 30 years of experience in finance, banking, and real estate, gained from positions at JER Partners, Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and HypoVereinsbank.
During her tenure at Prologis (2010 to August 2025), she established and managed a global team that secured over $20 bn (€17 bn) in capital from diverse investors across Europe, the Middle East, the Americas, and the Asia Pacific region.
Malone has consistently supported women and young leaders in her previous workplaces and within the broader real estate sector, actively participating in global conferences and mentorship programs.
Upon joining Helical's Board, Malone will be a member of the Audit and Risk, Remuneration, and Nominations Committees.
