Maslow Capital provides €11m loan for Costa del Sol villa scheme

Maslow Capital has provided an €11.2 mln development loan for the construction of a luxury residential project of five homes on Spain’s Costa del Sol.

The Altura Residences project in Benahavís, Málaga, is located in the desirable La Quinta area within the La Alborada urbanisation, a prestigious residential spot near Marbella. It will feature five high-end homes, each 400 m2, offering stunning panoramic sea views, private outdoor spaces, and swimming pools.
These homes are designed to attract affluent international buyers, who drive demand in the Costa del Sol market. Maslow Capital structured the loan to match a phased construction and sales approach, ensuring that construction quality, schedule reliability, and prime location contribute to maximising the property's value.
