Séverine Maumy has been named head of Asset & Transaction Management at European real estate investment manager Redevco.

Based in Paris, Maumy will be a member of Redevco’s Leadership Team and Investment Committee, reporting to CEO Neil Slater. She will lead a European team focused on transactions, asset management, and sustainability.
Maumy brings over 20 years of real estate investment and asset management experience to Redevco. Previously, she was co-head Portfolio Manager at Barings Real Estate Advisers, managing a €2.7 bn pan-European fund.
She also served as managing director and country head France, establishing Barings’ French platform in 2015. Her background includes senior positions at Standard Life Investments and LaSalle Investment Management, where she handled complex transactions and developed fund strategies.
