Investment and asset manager MB Advisors has acquired three residential and commercial properties in Berlin on behalf of the Zurich-based BlueRock Group.

Berlin - BlueRock Group
The purchased buildings are situated in the Wedding, Mitte, and Schöneberg districts, with the sellers being private investors.
MB Advisors oversaw the entire acquisition process, from identifying suitable properties to conducting due diligence and managing the transaction. The firm will also be responsible for the ongoing asset management of these properties.
One of the acquired assets is a residential building in Berlin-Wedding, constructed in 1900, featuring 27 residential units and three ground-floor commercial units, totalling approximately 2,350 m2 of rental space. Michael Schick Immobilien brokered this deal.
Another acquisition includes a building from 1904 in Berlin-Mitte, offering 32 residential units and two commercial units across approximately 2,100 m2 of rental area. Krossa & Co. Immobilien facilitated this transaction.
The third property is a residential and commercial building in the Schöneberg district, built in 1903. It comprises 28 residential units and one commercial unit, with a total rental area of about 2,430 m2. Büttner Immobilien-Management provided advisory services for this particular acquisition.
MB Advisors is committed to a long-term partnership with BlueRock Group, assisting them in developing a Berlin residential property portfolio that holds value-add potential and will actively manage the newly acquired assets.
