Asset manager MEAG has sold its six-story, 4,622 m² office building at 54 Rue de Londres in Paris to global real estate developer, owner, and operator Tishman Speyer.

54 Rue de Londres
The property, located in a prime area, was fully renovated in 2018 by architect Axel Schoenert.
It is currently fully leased to International Workplace Group (IWG) under its Spaces brand.
Katrin Hupfauer, head of Real Estate Transactions at MEAG, said: “The building on Rue de Londres has been part of MEAG's portfolio for over two decades. During this time, as asset managers, we have enhanced the value of this property in line with its attractive location and benefited significantly from this.”
Philippe Joland, president of Tishman Speyer France, added: “54 Rue de Londres represents a unique opportunity to secure a prime, fully refurbished asset in a core location. We are delighted with the constructive relationship we have established with MEAG.”
Jones Lang LaSalle handled the transaction. Tishman Speyer received advice from C&C Notaires, Depardieu, and Gleeds, while MEAG was advised by Cheuvreux and LPA Law.
