Mercialys appoints Sarah Leroy as general secretary

French real estate firm Mercialys has announced the appointment of Sarah Leroy as its new general secretary.

In this capacity, Leroy will also join the Executive Committee, reporting directly to CEO Vincent Ravat. Her responsibilities will include overseeing the Legal, Governance, Compliance, and CSR departments.
Leroy is a qualified lawyer specialising in real estate and mergers & acquisitions, bringing over two decades of experience in high-level roles within legal affairs, governance, compliance, and general secretarial functions. Her career includes key positions at Axa Investment Managers and Tereos, as well as with the law firms Jones Day and August & Debouzy.
Mercialys highlights Leroy's extensive expertise and distinguished professional background as a significant asset for supporting the company's future growth and development stages. 
As of June 30, 2025, Mercialys managed a real estate portfolio valued at €2.9 bn.
