Spanish property developer Metrovacesa is significantly expanding its presence in the Valencian Community, a strategic area for the company, representing 11% of its national land portfolio.

Valencia housing, Metrovacesa
Currently, Metrovacesa has 14 active developments in the Valencian Community, with more than 1,000 homes under construction – 920 private and 158 social housing units. The company holds 511,000 m² of land in the region, with 80% of it ready for immediate project activation. The total gross asset value (GAV) in the Valencian Community is €300 mln, distributed among Valencia (€216 million), Alicante (€54 mln), and Castellón (€30 mln), allowing for a balanced approach to development across these areas.
Metrovacesa is spearheading three major urban projects in the Valencia metropolitan area: Benimaclet, Vinival, and Turianova. These developments will add over 1,400 new homes and aim to transform the urban landscape with sustainable city models.
In Benimaclet, Metrovacesa will develop 471 homes (part of a larger 1,300-home plan), including 30,000 m² of green spaces.
In Vinival, the company plans 869 homes out of 974 total, alongside over 36,000 m² of green spaces.
Turianova, a new urban sector south of Valencia, will feature 98 homes, designed as a modern and connected neighbourhood.
The Valencian Community has one of Metrovacesa's largest concentrations of social housing in Spain, with 158 units under development. Furthermore, 30% of the homes in Benimaclet and 313 units in Vinival will be social housing.
