Spanish property developer Metrovacesa is investing a total of €110 mln in two new residential projects: Atria in La Alcaidesa, Cadiz, and Abora in Adeje, Tenerife.

Atria, La Alcaidesa
The Atria development, with a total investment of over €54 mln across two phases, will offer 144 multi-family homes in La Alcaidesa. These two- and three-bedroom residences, starting at 135.3 m², will feature contemporary design, parking, storage, and extensive common areas including pools, a spa, gym, coworking, and children's areas.
Designed by Lahuerta Vázquez-Reina Arquitectura, Atria boasts an A energy rating and Green Seal certification, aligning with Metrovacesa's commitment to sustainability. Its location offers convenient access between the Costa del Sol and Campo de Gibraltar.
The Abora project in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, represents an investment of €55.97 mln and will comprise 138 multi-family homes with 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. These homes, up to 200 m², will feature large ocean-facing terraces, a garage, storage, and communal amenities like a swimming pool and gym.
Designed by Makin Molowny Portela Arquitectos, Abora is situated just 200 meters from the sea in Playa Paraíso, a dynamic area with luxury hotels, shopping, and direct access to natural spaces. It also achieves an A energy rating, incorporating sustainable features like aerothermal energy and eco-efficient materials.
