Metrovacesa is investing over €54 mln in Alma, a residential project in Granada, Spain, consisting of 193 freehold homes ranging from one to four bedrooms, complete with garages, storage rooms, and ample communal spaces.

Alma
Located in the heart of Granada, near the train station and various amenities, Alma is notable for its sustainable design, boasting an A energy rating along with Domum and Green Seal certifications.
The development is being constructed in two phases. The first phase, representing a €16.5 mln investment, includes 59 homes with two, three, and four bedrooms, each with a garage and storage room. These include ground-floor apartments with gardens and penthouses featuring large terraces, designed to meet the needs of families and professionals.
The second phase involves a €37.9 mln investment and adds 134 homes with garages, storage rooms, and communal areas such as a swimming pool, gourmet room, and landscaped gardens. The Alma complex prioritizes energy efficiency, natural light, and sustainability. Key features include pre-installation of electric vehicle chargers, thermal insulation, aerothermal systems, green energy supply, and efficient fixtures, all designed with universal accessibility in mind.
Nieves Acosta Garcia, Metrovacesa’s development manager for Eastern Andalusia, said: “Alma represents another step forward in Metrovacesa’s commitment to Granada. It is a project designed for those looking for a home with all the amenities, in a central location connected to the city’s main services.”
