Michael Fuller to lead King Street’s European real estate team

Alternative investment firm King Street Capital Management has appointed Michael Fuller as a managing director in its European Real Estate team in London.

He will report to Paul Brennan, partner and co-head of Real Estate, responsible for the European business.
Fuller will focus on strategic business development, asset management, and identifying European real estate investment opportunities. 
He joins from Brookfield Property Group, where he led their European core-plus strategy, and brings over 21 years of experience from previous roles at Apollo Global Management and Citi Property Investors. 
This hiring is part of an expansion of King Street's European Real Estate team, which also saw the additions of Adam Lawrence in May 2025 (from Starwood Capital) and Ranveer Bassey in August 2025 (from SVP).

King Street Capital's European Real Estate platform is experiencing significant growth, fuelled by last year’s closure of their latest European Special Situations fund and strategic investments in companies such as Room00, Arlington House, Voyage, and Bravo! Students. The asset manager is especially targeting sectors with strong, long-term growth potential, such as high-end hospitality, student accommodation, and city-based logistics.
