Michael Wiseman joins British Land's Executive Committee

British Land has announced the appointment of Michael Wiseman, currently head of Campuses, to its Executive Committee.

Wiseman, who joined British Land in 2011 from ING Real Estate Development, has held various senior positions in office leasing, asset management, and development.

He has been crucial in developing British Land's campus strategy, significantly contributing to the transformation of Broadgate into a prominent mixed-use campus in London.

Wiseman has also spearheaded the company's entry into the Science and Technology sector, establishing Regent’s Place as a thriving centre for innovative businesses.

Furthermore, he has managed British Land's office leasing operations, successfully securing major rental agreements with diverse organizations.

As of 30 September 2025, the company's portfolio was valued at £15.2 bn (€17.8 bn), with British Land's share amounting to £9.8 bn (€11.5 bn).
