Mileway names new co-heads of Real Estate

Andrew Jones and Aymeric Canivenc will become co-heads of Real Estate at last-mile European logistics company Mileway from 1 January 2026.

This follows Thomas ten Bokum's decision to step down as chief real estate officer for a family break. 
Jones will manage UK & Ireland operations, while Canivenc will oversee continental Europe, both playing a crucial role in Mileway's asset management strategy. 
Jones, with Mileway since 2020 and currently managing director for UK & Ireland, brings extensive logistics real estate experience, having previously held senior roles at Hansteen and Ashstenne. 
Canivenc, Mileway's country director for France since 2022, offers nearly two decades of real estate expertise, including from CBRE, where he was head of Property Management France.
