MLP Group expands in Poland with MLP Rzeszów logistics park

MLP Group is expanding its modern logistics park portfolio with the new MLP Rzeszów, located in Poland's Podkarpackie region.

This new park will eventually offer approximately 65,000 m2 of warehouse and light industrial space. Construction has begun speculatively, with the first 26,000 sqm facility, built by Bremer, slated for completion by December this year.

MLP Rzeszów is designed to meet high technical, operational, and environmental standards, aiming for BREEAM Excellent certification. Its strategic location is key, situated just 1.7 km from the S19 expressway, 3.5 km from the A4 motorway, and around 6 km from Rzeszów-Jasionka Airport. This prime position, close to the Ukrainian border and major transport routes, will provide tenants with efficient domestic and international distribution capabilities.
