MLP Group is expanding its presence in Vienna by acquiring a second urban logistics development site.

MLP Business Park Vienna
This new 5,879 m2 plot in the 11th district is strategically located near Wien Hauptbahnhof, Vienna's main railway station, making it ideal for last-mile logistics and businesses serving the local market.
The existing structures will be demolished by the end of Q2 this year, with the new, modern urban business park expected to be completed by Q2/Q3 next year. This development aims to address the shortage of flexible, small-to-medium-sized units (300-1,000 m2) in Vienna, catering to the strong demand from SMEs.
This new business park will enhance MLP Group's existing offerings in Vienna, solidifying its position as a key provider of modern, sustainable urban business spaces close to customers and essential infrastructure.
RadosÅ‚aw T. Krochta, president and CEO of MLP Group, said: “We focus on the most attractive urban locations in Europe and consistently strengthen our presence in major urban areas. Our ambition is to become the first-choice partner for businesses across Europe’s core cities. Vienna is one of our priority locations, and this investment marks another step in building a strong, high-quality portfolio there.”
Peter Falb, chief country officer Austria at MLP Group, added: “In Vienna, we are seeing increasing demand for modern, small urban units. Local businesses are looking for flexible space close to the city centre, and this project is designed to meet those expectations.”
