NAS Invest Group opens London office, appoints Stephen Miles

Real estate equity and credit investment platform NAS Invest Group has opened a new London office and appointed Stephen Miles as managing director for London.

This move is a key part of NAS's strategy to grow across Europe and strengthen its global capital partnerships.

The new London office expands on NAS's existing operations in Germany, Switzerland, and Luxembourg. With roughly €4.5 bn in assets under management primarily in Germany, NAS aims to connect with international institutional and private investors from major European financial hubs like London.

London is a strategic choice due to its status as a global real estate capital centre, offering direct access to the global investor community, crucial for NAS's expanding activities in Germany and Europe.

Stephen Miles, with over 25 years of experience in European real estate capital markets, will lead international institutional capital partnerships from the London office, working closely with NAS's teams in Frankfurt, Berlin, and Zurich. His role is to link global institutional capital with NAS's German real estate investment strategies in both equity and debt.

Miles's appointment enhances NAS's existing investor relations efforts based in Zurich, which primarily serve family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. Together, the London and Zurich hubs create a comprehensive capital-raising and investor relations network, allowing NAS to engage a broad range of professional investors through a single platform.

Before joining NAS, Miles was head of Strategic Capital Partnerships, Europe, at Schroders Capital, and held senior roles at CBRE, JLL, and BNP Paribas Real Estate.
