Neil Slater to step down as Redevco CEO 

COFRA Holding has announced that Neil Slater is stepping down as CEO of its real estate subsidiary, Redevco.

Slater will depart on 31 January 2027 to assume the role of CEO at Link Real Estate Investment Trust (Link REIT), one of Asia's largest real estate investment trusts. COFRA has initiated the search for a successor and will provide further details in due course.

Slater joined Redevco in October 2023. During his tenure, he spearheaded the company's evolution into a multi-client, multi-strategy platform, overseeing the successful launch of its Real Estate Debt strategies and the European Retail Parks Fund. He leaves Redevco positioned for future growth with an established strategy and a strong leadership team in place.
