Neinor Homes kicks of residential project in Barcelona

Spanish residential developer Neinor Homes has commenced construction on NOBA Homes V in Esplugues de Llobregat, Barcelona.

This development marks the fifth phase of its ambitious urban regeneration plan for the ARE Montesa area, transforming a former industrial zone into a vibrant new residential neighborhood adjacent to Barcelona City. 
The NOBA Homes V phase alone involves an investment of €30.9 mln, covering land acquisition, urban development, construction, and associated costs. Completion and the granting of occupancy licenses are slated for April 2028.
NOBA Homes V will feature 90 units, offering 2 and 3-bedroom apartments across buildings ranging from five to fifteen stories. The complex will also include two retail units, 98 car parking spaces, 45 motorcycle spaces, and 83 storage rooms. Residents will benefit from a variety of amenities, including a chill-out area on the 15th-floor rooftop with city views, an outdoor gym on the 5th floor, and a bicycle workshop in the garage.
The new Montesa neighborhood is undergoing a comprehensive urban transformation, positioning it as a natural extension of Barcelona's Avenida Diagonal. It will incorporate over 26,000 m² of green spaces, as well as areas for sports and sustainable mobility.
With the initial delivery of NOBA Homes units already complete, Neinor is progressing with its larger plan to develop a total of 852 units in the area. Beyond the 67 units already delivered, 304 are currently under construction. The entire €236 million project encompasses the construction of six residential developments and extensive land urbanization.
