Newmark has appointed Konstantin Lüttger and Sebastian Schütte as co-heads of Living Capital Markets in Germany to strengthen its presence in the residential investment market.

They will collaborate with André Berger and Tobias Köhler to advance the business line's strategic growth.
Jonathan Tegtmeyer has also been named senior VP in Hamburg.
The team will offer specialised advice on all aspects of the living sector, including residential assets, niche segments, and intricate institutional investment structures.
Lüttger will serve as the division's spokesperson, focusing on advising diverse investors and expanding Newmark's role in German residential investments.
Schütte, also head of Portfolio Germany, will manage residential transactions in Berlin and eastern Germany.
Tegtmeyer, with his expertise in Hamburg and northern Germany, will work with Berger to grow the business in Hamburg.
This team will oversee the development of residential, student housing, infrastructure, and healthcare segments, providing strategic consulting and assisting clients with complex national and international capital markets transactions.
