The property, which Nextensa had owned since 2008, includes a Batiself store and a separate extension housing Siemes Schuhcenter.
This sale, structured as an asset deal, aligns with Nextensa's strategy to streamline its real estate holdings and meet its sustainability goals.
Nextensa’s investment portfolio, valued at around €1.1 bn as of June 30, 2025, is distributed across Luxembourg (32%), Belgium (51%), and Austria (17%).
In Brussels, Nextensa is redeveloping existing landmarks and constructing new buildings totalling over 350,000 m2. In Luxembourg, the company is also a partner in the Cloche d’Or project, an urban expansion exceeding 400,000 m2 that will include offices, retail spaces, and homes.
