Nhood expands property management with SCC France acquisition

Nhood France has acquired property management firm SCC France, as part of its plan to build a portfolio of specialized real estate service brands.

This acquisition only impacts SCC France and not SCC's operations in other countries.
SCC France will retain its operational and strategic independence, ensuring continuity for its clients and organization. However, it will also benefit from Nhood's integrated model, leveraging Nhood's multidisciplinary expertise, extensive regional presence, and investment capabilities.
The acquisition boosts Nhood's capabilities in a crucial market segment, allowing it to offer comprehensive, high-level services across the entire commercial real estate value chain. Simultaneously, it provides SCC France with additional resources to develop its projects, leverage its expertise, and support its teams.
Maurin Nadal will continue to lead SCC France, which will operate with maintained strategic and organizational autonomy to protect client interests and data confidentiality. 
This transaction reinforces Nhood's "open model" strategy, which integrates diverse expertise like H&A Properties and Stereograph, further expanding its property management capabilities and its long-term commitment to market development.

Nhood operates across Europe and Africa, currently managing over 900 sites and developing approximately 30 urban regeneration projects. 
Currently, SCC manages over 80 sites, which include 50 shopping centres and retail parks, more than 220 buildings, and oversees assets exceeding £5 bn (€5.7 bn) with over £300 mln (€344 mln) in rental income.
