Niam Real Estate acquires 168-unit residential property in Søborg

Niam Real Estate has agreed to acquire a 168‑apartment residential property in Gyngemosen, Gladsaxe Municipality, marking the first investment for Niam Fund IX and the inaugural asset within Bellavia, the firm’s newly launched Danish residential platform

Located in Gyngemose Park in Søborg, the scheme was completed in 2017 and designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects. The property comprises 15,677 sq m of primarily three‑ and four‑room apartments, almost all featuring balconies or terraces, and arranged around a landscaped courtyard with views toward the area’s lake.

Gyngemose Park, situated on the former TV‑Byen site, is now a well‑established neighbourhood characterised by extensive green spaces, canals and strong local amenities. Residents benefit from proximity to a supermarket, school, daycare facilities and a sports hall, as well as convenient transport links via bus, S‑train, light rail and motorway. The location is 8.5 km from central Copenhagen.

Following completion, Niam will manage the property directly through Bellavia, its new Greater Copenhagen residential platform.
