Niam Real Estate acquires Jönköping logistics facility

Niam Real Estate has finalised the purchase of a logistics facility in Jönköping, Sweden, from Tosito, for an undisclosed price.

This facility, completed in 2024, offers 19,525 m2 of prime logistics space. It's strategically situated in Torsvik, Jönköping, right off the E4 motorway, placing it within Sweden's key logistics hub.
The property is fully leased long-term to Freja, a prominent Nordic logistics company. It boasts modern, adaptable features and holds a Miljöbyggnad Silver certification, indicating strong environmental performance.
Furthermore, Niam recently expanded its holdings by acquiring a 24,000 m2 portfolio comprising two modern logistics properties in Jordbro and Jönköping. These properties are leased to Rexel and Eldon/nVent and were purchased from a Nordic fund supported by international investors.
These acquisitions are consistent with Niam's real estate strategy, which focuses on investing in strategically located Nordic logistics assets. This region is characterised by healthy supply and demand dynamics and offers opportunities to enhance value through active management.
