Nido Living welcomes three non-executive directors

European student housing company Nido Living has appointed three new non-executive directors: Henrik Kjellberg, Jean-Michel Orieux, and Leslie-Ann Reed.

These appointments aim to bolster Nido's Board with global expertise in digital platforms, hospitality, governance, and operational transformation, supporting the company's expansion across Europe, including the integration of Livensa Living.
Leslie-Ann Reed will chair the Audit Committee, taking over from Rosemary Boot. Henrik Kjellberg will lead the ESG committee, and Jean-Michel Orieux will head the Health & Safety committee.
Henrik Kjellberg offers over 25 years in global travel, technology, and digital platforms. He previously served as CEO of Awaze, Europe's largest managed vacation-rentals business. His background also includes senior roles at Expedia Group and a non-executive director position at Finnair.
Jean-Michel Orieux brings over 30 years of international leadership in hospitality, premium retail, and multi-site operations. He is the founding partner of Orieux Associates and a non-executive director at Juniper Ventures, with previous executive roles at The Argyll Club, Paul UK, Conran Holdings, Ping Pong, and Hyatt Hotels.
Leslie-Ann Reed provides extensive experience in financial governance, audit, and risk management. She currently holds senior independent director and audit chair positions at Bloomsbury Publishing, Centaur Media, and Frontier Developments, having also worked with Learning Technologies Group, ZEAL Network SE, and Metal Bulletin.
