Nikki Dibley elected chair of City Property Association

Nikki Dibley, a senior development executive at Helical with nearly 20 years of experience, has been elected as the new Chair of the City Property Association (CPA).

She takes over from Ross Sayers and will serve a two-year term alongside new vice chair, Simon Swietochowski.

Dibley's appointment comes as investor confidence and demand for high-quality office space in the City of London are at record highs. She plans to leverage this success by focusing on the City Corporation's "Destination City" strategy for economic growth and culture.

During her time at Helical, Dibley has worked on significant projects like Barts Square and The JJ Mack Building, and currently co-leads the development of 10 King William Street, Brettenham House, and 100 New Bridge Street.

Under the previous Chair, Ross Sayers, the CPA collaborated with the City of London Corporation on the City 2040 Plan, promoting modern office spaces, public realm improvements, and cultural amenities. They also advocated for policies like CIL phasing and better cycle parking.

Dibley's business plan for 2026/27, which was supported by the CPA Board, emphasizes championing offices as vital economic infrastructure, advocating for policy reforms to boost development, and enhancing the City's leisure and cultural offerings as part of Destination City.
