These properties, located in various Swedish towns including Lidköping and Nyköping, cover a total area of 141,000 m2, with a total land area of 465,000 m2.

They generate SEK 102 mln (€8.87 mln) in annual rent and are 93% occupied, with an average lease term of 5.2 years. The acquisition was made by buying Anguli Fastigheter and is being financed with cash and bank loans.

The deal is expected to close in May, pending regulatory approval for one property in Uddevalla.

Andreas Wahlén, CEO of NP3 Fastigheter, commented: “With Anguli Fastigheter and its staff, NP3 gains a local presence in the Skaraborg and Trestad regions. NP3 will gain more investment opportunities through access to a larger market and we see strong potential to further expand our presence in the new region. The expanded geographic footprint will contribute additional diversification, and NP3's focus on local presence, high-yielding properties, and cash flow remains unchanged.”

NP3 prioritises profitable commercial properties primarily across northern Sweden. As of 31 December 2025, their portfolio included 633 properties, totalling 2,362,000 m2, spanning industrial, logistics, retail, and office sectors. These properties are managed across eight business areas: Sundsvall, Gävle, Dalarna, Östersund, Umeå, Skellefteå, Luleå, and Middle Sweden. The total value of their properties was SEK 26.1 bn (€2.27 bn) on the same date.
