Swedish real estate company NP3 Fastigheter has purchased 12 retail and industrial properties for SEK 442 mln (€38.5 mln).

These properties are spread across various locations in Sweden, including Eskilstuna, Karlstad, and Gällivare. They cover a total lettable area of 41,400 m2 and a land area of 156,700 m2.
The annual rental income from these properties is SEK 37.8 mln (€3.3 mln), and they are currently 100% occupied with an average remaining lease term of 6.3 years.
The acquisitions were completed through two share transactions and one property transaction. Most properties have already been taken over, with the remaining two in Karlstad to be accessed in the first quarter of 2026.
NP3 Fastigheter focuses on commercial properties with high returns, mainly in northern Sweden. As of 30 September 2025, their portfolio consisted of 605 properties across different segments like industrial, logistics, retail, and offices, totalling 2.28 million m2 of lettable area.
