NREP and AP Gruppen purchase office building in Copenhagen

NREP and AG Gruppen have purchased FLSmidth’s historic Copenhagen HQ and associated residential development rights for DKK 730 mln (€98 mln).

This deal involves a significant mixed-use site in Valby with approximately 53,500 m² of residential development potential.
As the former headquarters of one of Denmark’s most prominent industrial enterprises, the site holds substantial historical and cultural value.
The residential component offers the opportunity to develop a large-scale housing scheme in a well-connected and evolving district, supporting Valby’s continued transformation into a vibrant and fully integrated part of Copenhagen.

The deal is subject to approval by the Danish Consumer and Competition Authority and is anticipated to close by the end of Q1 2026.
