Nrep to operate as Urban Partners by 2026

European real estate investor, owner, and operator Nrep will fully transition to operating under the Urban Partners brand by early 2026, marking its 20th anniversary.

This rebranding, which began with the introduction of Urban Partners in 2023, aims to unify all its real estate strategies under a single identity, enhancing its position as a leading urban investor in Northern Europe.
The investment strategies previously known as Nrep and Velo Capital will gradually phase out and be referred to simply as "real estate" and "credit" strategies under the Urban Partners umbrella. This change will not affect the company's business strategy, governance, ownership, or existing agreements with partners. Instead, consolidating under one brand will reinforce Urban Partners' commitment to directing global capital towards addressing urban supply-demand imbalances caused by urbanization.

With over €22 bn in assets under management, Urban Partners, initially founded as Nrep in 2005, is a major private investment manager in Europe, specializing in urban real estate. The firm's venture capital arm, 2150, will continue to operate independently, focusing on transformative technologies beyond the built environment. 
The full brand unification is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2026.
