NUMA Group is significantly expanding its presence in the UK with new properties in London and Edinburgh, all operating under the Native brand, which NUMA acquired last year.

NUMA in Leith, Edinburgh
This move aligns with NUMA's strategy to establish a strong footprint in major UK city centers.
In London, NUMA is redeveloping a former convent on Margaret Street in the West End into 30 design-led units. This location offers easy access to Oxford Street, Regent Street, Mayfair, and Fitzrovia. The property will feature NUMA's fully digital guest experience.
In Edinburgh, NUMA is adding two new properties in partnership with HUB. The first, at 23 Water Street in Leith, will provide 45 units near the Royal Yacht Britannia and The Shore. The second, at 11-15 Thistle Street in the New Town, will offer 72 units, conveniently located near St. Andrew Square, Princes Street, and the St. James Quarter.
Dimitri Chandogin, president of NUMA Group, said: “With Margaret Street in London and two centrally located properties in Edinburgh, NUMA is advancing a UK strategy focused on prime, culture-rich districts and a fully digital guest journey that today’s travellers expect. Partnering with HUB enables us to deliver design-led, future-ready accommodation in outstanding urban locations, while our technology platform drives efficient operations and consistently high guest satisfaction”.
Olivia Immesi, CEO of Native Places, part of the NUMA Group, stated: "Native Places has become a leading lifestyle aparthotel and serviced apartment brand in the UK, and we’re thrilled to be expanding NUMA’s presence in the UK. I’m incredibly excited to create together one of the largest platforms of lifestyle serviced apartments in Europe”.
Berlin-based NUMA Group operates in 15 countries and 37 cities with a portfolio of 9,000 units, located in major European cities such as Berlin, London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Madrid, Barcelona, Oslo, Prague, and Vienna. The company plans further expansion in the UK, targeting major cities like Manchester, Bristol, Belfast, and Glasgow to strengthen its regional presence.
