Swedish real estate company Nyfosa is strengthening its leadership team with two key appointments.

Kristian Pamp
Kristian Pamp will join the company as COO in November 2025, taking charge of and further developing property management operations. Thomas Käll will move into the role of head of Transactions. Both Pamp and Käll will join Nyfosa's management team.
Pamp brings a strong background in commercial property management, most recently serving as head of Property Management at Stenvalvet.
Käll, who has been with Nyfosa since 2021 as project manager Transactions, has extensive experience in the real estate sector and transaction management, gained from previous roles at Nordanö, Genesta, and EY.
Nyfosa CEO Carl-Johan Hugner commented: “I am pleased to welcome Kristian Pamp and Thomas Käll to Nyfosa’s management team. Kristian brings extensive expertise from change and development processes in commercial property management and will lead our efforts to further strengthen the company’s property management operations. Together with Thomas, who brings a deep understanding of both the market and our operations as he now assumes the role of Head of Transactions, they strengthen Nyfosa’s ability to identify and seize new business opportunities, contributing to long-term value creation for the shareholders.”
Nyfosa invests across various property types and locations, primarily focusing on commercial properties in high-growth areas within Sweden, Finland, and Norway. As of June 30, Nyfosa's property portfolio was valued at SEK 39 bn (€3.5 bn).
