Nyfosa CFO Ann-Sofie Lindroth to step down

Ann-Sofie Lindroth, Nyfosa's CFO since 2018, has announced her decision to leave the company in July 2026 to explore new opportunities.

Nyfosa will immediately begin the search for her replacement.
Nyfosa is a Nordic property company that operates in the Swedish and Finnish markets, specialising in commercial properties within high-growth areas. 
As of 31 December 2025, Nyfosa's property portfolio was valued at SEK 39 bn (€3.4 bn).
Carl-Johan Hugner, CEO of Nyfosa, said: “I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Ann-Sofie for her valuable contributions to Nyfosa during her tenure with the company. Since its founding in 2018, Ann-Sofie has been instrumental in the establishment and development of the company. I wish her every success in the future.” 
Ann-Sofie Lindroth added: “After more than 13 years at Nyfosa and Hemfosa, the time has come for me to pursue new paths. It has been an exciting and rewarding journey, alongside many dedicated colleagues. I am proud of what we have accomplished and look forward to following Nyfosa’s continued development.”
