OFB appoints Jan Gumprecht as head of Business Development

German real estate firm OFB Projektentwicklung has named Jan Gumprecht as its new head of Business Development.

In this new position, Gumprecht will be responsible for integrating external digitalisation and innovation efforts, as well as strategically launching new business models for OFB.
The Business Development division will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing digital tools and processes, and establishing sustainable, future-proof business models. It will also act as a liaison between various internal and external departments, including ESG, IT, Strategy, and Management.
Gumprecht brings 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. He joined OFB in 2022, co-managing the Frankfurt branch with Arne Berg. Before OFB, he was Director of Development for DIC Asset AG, where he managed several major projects.
Following Gumprecht's appointment, Arne Berg will become the sole Branch Manager for OFB's Frankfurt office.
