Orega boosts leadership with three key promotions

Flexible workspaces provider Orega has elevated three individuals to senior management positions following significant expansion over the past two and a half years.

Sophie Turnbull, previously commercial director, has been promoted to chief revenue officer. In this executive role, she will oversee Orega's entire revenue generation strategy, including client renewals and retention. Sophie will also spearhead the development of Orega's product offerings and collaborate with operational teams to ensure the high-quality presentation of all Orega locations.

Daniel Parsons, formerly head of HR, is now HR director and joins the Senior Management Team.

Lucy Earnshaw, who served as area manager for Manchester & North of England, has been appointed to the newly created position of Customer Services Director. Lucy will focus on ensuring customer service delivery across all Orega sites, leading daily operational teams and setting operational standards. She also joins the Senior Management Team.

Orega has experienced rapid growth, opening or expanding in nine UK locations recently, including in London, Birmingham, Newcastle, and Leeds. Their latest additions include Brookfield’s Citypoint in Central London (opening June 2026) and an expansion at 20 Old Bailey, London.

Currently, Orega manages 25 centres across the UK, with eight in London, in partnership with landlords and corporate clients. These centres encompass 62,709 m2 and serve over 10,000 customers with high-end workspaces. These new promotions are strategically designed to bolster Orega's management capabilities, supporting both its recent growth and future expansion plans.

Alan Pepper, CEO of Orega, said, “It’s an exciting time for Orega and the flex industry generally. As our latest survey reveals, flex is no longer an optional extra, but a core part of how office buildings are positioned and operated. Landlords and asset managers are recognising that occupiers want flexibility, operational simplicity and a high-quality experience, and flex delivers all three. The growth trajectory is only going one way.”
