European logistics property company P3 has purchased a modern and sustainable logistics facility in Schwarzenbruck, Bavaria, from commercial real estate company VIB Vermögen for an undisclosed price.

The property on Bundesstraße 8, situated on a 67,475 m² plot, offers 30,858 m² of rentable space and is well-connected to major highways (A9, A3, and A6), providing easy access to Munich, Regensburg, Frankfurt, Prague, and Stuttgart.
Located in a high-demand area with limited land availability, this acquisition positions P3 in the strategically important Nuremberg region, a leading economic center in northern Bavaria.
Constructed in 2018, the fully-leased facility boasts sustainable features, including a photovoltaic system, and is currently operated by a single tenant.

P3 intends to retain the property as a long-term investment and improve its sustainable features. DLA Piper provided legal advice and TA Europe conducted the technical due diligence for the transaction.
