P3 acquires Dutch logistics facility

European logistics real estate player P3 Logistic Parks has boosted its presence in the Netherlands by acquiring a 27,468 m2 logistics property in Zaltbommel.

Built in 2020 and holding a BREEAM "Very Good" certification, the facility is strategically located between Utrecht and ’s-Hertogenbosch. 
It offers direct access to the A2 motorway, providing excellent connections to key economic centres like Rotterdam, Antwerp, the Randstad, and the Ruhr region.

The Netherlands remains one of P3’s key Western European markets, supported by solid economic fundamentals, high occupier demand, and limited land availability.
