P3 and Savills IM launch new logistics hub in Italy

P3 Logistics Parks and Savills IM SGR, acting as manager for the Giano Fund (backed by a P3 Group vehicle), have announced a new logistics development in Castel Gabbiano, Lombardy.

This region is recognised as one of Italy's most dynamic and strategically important logistics markets. P3 Logistic Parks will serve as the development advisor for the Giano Fund.

The project entails the construction of a cutting-edge logistics facility spanning over 22,000 m2. It is specifically designed to cater to the demands of both national and international operators who prioritise operational efficiency, sustainability, and adaptable distribution capabilities.

WCG – World Capital Group has been granted the exclusive marketing mandate for this new asset.

The upcoming building will boast a 12-meter ceiling height, 26 loading bays, a dedicated 12-space truck parking area, and contemporary, customizable office spaces. The facility is planned to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
