P3 Logistic Parks is expanding its presence in Silesia by acquiring a 19.2-hectare plot in Gliwice to develop the P3 Gliwice Logistics Park.

P3 Gliwice Logistics Park
This new park will offer nearly 100,000 m² of space, including 94,000 m² for warehousing and 4,700 m² for offices, addressing the rising demand for modern and eco-friendly logistics facilities in prime Polish locations.
Strategically situated near the Gliwice-Sosnica transport hub, connecting major motorways and expressways, the park will facilitate efficient distribution across Poland and quick access to European markets. In line with P3 Logistic Parks' sustainability strategy, the development will meet BREEAM "Excellent" certification standards, incorporating environmentally friendly solutions throughout its construction and operation to minimise its carbon footprint.
Gliwice is a vital industrial and logistics hub within the Upper Silesian-Zaglebie metropolitan area, boasting excellent road, rail, and air connections, including proximity to Katowice-Pyrzowice Airport.
BartÅ‚omiej Hofman, managing director, P3 Logistic Parks in Poland, said: “With nearly 5.9 million m2 of modern warehouse space and its stable growth rate, the Upper Silesian region is currently the second largest warehousing market in Poland. And Gliwice, with its excellent infrastructure and location in the heart of the region, became a natural choice for our new investment. The P3 Gliwice Park is going to be not only a strategic point on a Polish logistics map, but also an example of a modern and responsible approach to the warehouse market growth.”
