European logistics developer and investor P3 Logistic Parks has expanded its Dutch portfolio by acquiring six prime logistics assets from Blackstone-managed funds.

Dutch logistics park - P3
The acquisition includes five fully leased logistics facilities totalling 156,000 m2, along with a 68,000 m2 redevelopment site that could yield an additional 46,600 m2 of modern logistics space.
The existing properties boast a strong tenant base, primarily consisting of major e-commerce and food retail companies, indicating robust long-term demand.
All these assets are strategically located in the Netherlands' Southern Logistics Corridor, a prime logistics region. This area offers exceptional access to key transportation hubs such as the Ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, the Randstad conurbation, and Germany's Ruhr area. The properties are situated in Roosendaal, Eindhoven, Oss, Tiel, Vianen, and Dordrecht, all benefiting from direct motorway access and strong market fundamentals.
Leon Vie, managing director Netherlands, P3 Logistic Parks, commented: "With this strategic acquisition, we significantly scale up our presence in the Netherlands. The portfolio strengthens our position in one of Europe’s most competitive logistics markets, combining prime locations, resilient tenants, and strong long-term growth potential. This transaction reflects our commitment to expanding our portfolio in line with customer needs and core market fundamentals.”
Advisors on the transaction included GT Law, Arcadis, Cushman & Wakefield, NL Real Estate | Knight Frank and CBRE.
