P3 Logistic Parks appoints Simon Carter as CEO 

P3 Logistic Parks (“P3”), a leading long-term investor, manager and developer of logistics real estate in Europe, announces that Simon Carter joins the business today as CEO Designate, and will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer on 17 September 2026.

Following almost six years at the helm of P3, Frank Pörschke will step down as CEO and support Simon and the wider leadership team during the transition.

Tay Lim Hock, Chairman of P3 Logistic Parks, said “On behalf of the Board, I welcome Simon Carter as CEO. We look forward to working with him as he builds on P3’s strong foundations and leads the company through its next phase of disciplined, sustainable growth."

Carter brings extensive real estate, finance and strategy experience. Before joining P3, he held senior leadership roles at British Land, Logicor and Quintain Estates & Development, including serving as Chief Executive of British Land and Chief Financial Officer of Logicor. He began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he qualified as a chartered accountant, and subsequently worked in fixed income at UBS. Simon has served as President of the British Property Federation and was previously a Board member of Real Estate Balance.
