P3 Logistic Parks expands Dutch portfolio

P3 Logistic Parks has expanded its Dutch portfolio with a new 38,000 m2 logistics facility in Lelystad, completed in January 2026.

This strategically located property, situated between Lelystad Airport and the Flevokust inland port, can be divided into two 19,000 m2 units. 
This development boosts P3's total portfolio in the Netherlands to 618,154 m2 in 2025, with an expected growth to 803,582 m2 by the end of 2025, meeting the increasing demand for modern and flexible warehouse solutions.
