P3 Logistic Parks expands in the Netherlands

P3 Logistic Parks has announced the construction of its second project in the Netherlands: a speculative, hybrid last-mile logistics hub in Haarlem.

This development underscores P3's strong belief in the Dutch market and its dedication to providing modern, sustainable logistics facilities in highly sought-after areas.
The new facility will offer 26,000 m² of gross lettable area (GLA), designed as a flexible logistics hub capable of accommodating up to five users, making it ideal for urban distribution. The project aims for BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A+++ rating, reflecting P3's commitment to delivering energy-efficient and future-proof logistics solutions that meet both operational and sustainability objectives.
P3 is collaborating with general contractor Heembouw and Volantess on this key development. Construction is expected to take 12 months, with delivery planned for Q1 2027.
This project will expand P3's total portfolio in the Netherlands to 829,582 m² of lettable floor area (LFA) in 2026. The company anticipates its portfolio will reach a total LFA of 900,000 m² by the end of 2026, aligning with its growth strategy for the Netherlands.
