Palm Capital acquires Italian logistics portfolio

Pan-European real estate investor and asset manager Palm Capital has acquired a logistics portfolio in Italy from OneHorizon, acting for Ipanema SPE.

The portfolio comprises three logistics complexes in Bressana Bottarone, Pavia, totaling 117,000 m2. The entire hub is leased to Servizi Logistici. Its location on State Road 35 offers convenient access to the A21 motorway.
This acquisition aligns with Palm Capital's ongoing strategy to invest in logistics assets within Italy. OneHorizon Capital, the seller's representative, is a London-based investment firm specializing in special situations, led by Imran Rehman.
CBRE advised on the sale.
