Palmira Development and Quincap Investment Partners have announced plans for the speculative development of a modern business park in the Clemensänger industrial park in Freising.

Freising
The project will see the creation of approximately 19,000 m² of commercial space on a plot of land measuring around 40,000 m².
This multifunctional business park, with flexible usage options, is designed to cater to companies in manufacturing, trade, services, and research & development. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with the completion of the first construction phases anticipated in the first half of 2027.
The new business park will comprise five detached buildings ranging in size from 2,300 m² to 5,500 m². This variety aims to attract both established companies from the region and new businesses looking to establish themselves near Munich Airport and the broader Munich metropolitan area.
Sustainability is a key focus of the project. The business park will incorporate modern standards, including photovoltaic systems, energy-efficient building technology, and sustainable landscaping, aiming to contribute to environmentally conscious business development in the region.
Marcus Blumenthal, Managing Director of Palmira Development, said: “Freising is a dynamic business location with excellent connections to the A92 motorway, Munich Airport, and the Munich metropolitan region. Our goal is to create a sustainable, future-oriented business park here that meets the needs of modern companies.”
